  • List of Proposed Reference System Plan informal party questions and CPUC staff answers
  • New RESOLVE Scenario Tool and Results Viewer for IDER-Related Analysis
    • This is supplemental information meant to inform parties regarding the IDER-related analysis done for Appendix B of the 2019-20 Proposed Reference System Plan.  The "7z" file contains additional RESOLVE documents, but not the complete RESOLVE model.  The primary new documents include:
      • New RESOLVE Scenario Tool that includes settings for the "No New DER" cases examined in Appendix B, allowing for easier: 1) visibility into the inputs for these cases; and 2) facilitation of party modeling.
      • New RESOLVE Results Viewer that contains results for the "No New DER" cases incremental to the Proposed Reference System Portfolio (46 MMT "Alternate").  The "No New DER" cases released in the 11/6/19 2019-20 Proposed Reference System Plan are incremental to the 46 MMT "Default".
