Accessibility
The California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) is committed to providing information and services to everyone with care and respect. We treat all persons with courtesy and dignity regardless of position or personal characteristics and foster an inclusive environment free of bias.
Some of the steps we are taking to provide more accessible web content include, but are not limited to: engaging vendors to assist with website redesign and historical content assessment; increasing CPUC staff awareness and training on addressing accessibility issues; conversion of historical documents to an accessible format; and evaluating new and refreshed web content for compliance with evolving accessibility standards.
