Cait Pollock

Cait Pollock joined the CPUC in 2017 and has served on several Energy Division teams including demand response, resource adequacy, and CAISO/FERC. Notably, after serving as the Demand Response Auction Mechanism (DRAM) policy lead and authoring the first pilot evaluation report, for the past two years, Cait has overseen Energy Division’s engagement in CAISO market design stakeholder processes. Prior to the CPUC, Cait advised a range of solar and wind companies on how to navigate both Asian and Western energy markets. She holds a M.A. in International Policy Studies from the Monterey Institute of International Studies and a B.A. in International Relations and French from Hamilton College.
